How to return a product?
You have the right to change your mind and have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return a product. Return shipping costs are at your expense. If you return the entire order, the original shipping fees will be refunded along with your purchase.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been worn.

What if I notice a quality issue with an item?
We take great care in checking each of our accessories and preparing your orders. If, despite this, your accessory has a defect, we will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Please report it to our customer service via the contact form.

What if I received an item different from what I ordered?
We take extra care when preparing orders. However, it may happen that an item escapes our attention. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to contact our customer service via the contact form.

When will I be refunded if I return an item?
Once your return is received and validated, the average refund time is between 2 and 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method or by issuing a credit note to be used exclusively on our e-store.

Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.
